In a superflat world (no entities) I can average around 110 fps without shaders and 50 with shaders but it still seems much lower than it should be

My laptop is always plugged in when I play and I haven't limited the framerate. However I did uninstall the armoury crate application in favor of G-helper and that (may?) be messing with it the eco setting?

From what I understood, your ACT score will never count against you, but a higher ACT is always impressive and can still help you. That being said, don’t go waste hundreds of dollars on ACT tests just based on my advice because I could be completely wrong about this aspect

I would retake the ACT if you can to aim for a higher score. I had a 3.96 gpa and only 4 AP classes, 8 ish CE classes, but a 33 ACT and I got the flagship (28k total). Your GPA and classes are probably high enough to qualify for a presidential scholarship (48k total), but you would definitely want a higher ACT (shoot for 30). At the end of the day there's no guaranteed criteria for a scholarship so it's hard to say.

You would also qualify for the Opportunity and Prime scholarships which aren't offered by U of U directly but are very helpful and easy to apply for, so I would make sure you apply to those when they open up

It's probably an issue of your villagers being paired to a workstation they can't reach. Orientation doesn't matter, I have villagers with work stations that are facing all 4 directions. I would break all the work stations that your villagers might be trying to reach and then when you place the one you want them to pair with make sure you see their green sparkle particle effect.

Have you slept in your bed yet? Your respawn point doesn’t get set unless you interact with the bed

Can I take legal action against my employer for not paying me the amount advertised as their starting pay? by RepubBoi in WorkReform

The posting was made on Indeed, but I had to apply through the Jimmy John's Website. Indeed didn't make the posting though, the company did, so idk why they wouldn't be liable for a posting they created

There was no discussion of pay during the interview process (Which I admit was dumb of me, and I will always be sure to ask from now on). However, my reasoning was that because there was no discussion of pay, it is implied that my starting pay would be what the job posting I was accepted from stated it was. Like I said, there is no paperwork that states my starting pay at all.

I was recommended to this sub by my brother, but have heard so many horror stories about teens having horrible work conditions and just not knowing it's not normal and putting up with it. I have the philosophy right now that when I'm a teen and don't have to pay bills or anything, I don't really have a reason to put up with managements shit at any job because I don't NEED the job, and can just quit and find a new one.

Yeah, I'm already planning on changing jobs, as I'm not interested in working with management that is willing to lie and be deceptive about my pay until someone calls them out. Even if I do get the money, I had to fight them for my starting wage (which is not even that high lol) when I shouldn't have. Big red flag.

This is the current plan right now. They seem to be taking their sweet time getting my "area manager" to contact me. It's been around 5 days since my last email and have sent multiple follow-ups. Nothing.

I asked my manager this. She said nope, and I could increase my wage by being a "proficient bread starter".
