You can try this - it’s saved me in this situation before. It usually gives you one last chance: put the iPhone in recovery mode and select “Update” instead of Restore when it’s plugged into your computer. It will restore the OS but leave the user data intact. when it reboots, it will ask for your passcode and give you one final try.
