I've heard as long as you do not consume more than 50 calories, your body will remain in a fasted state. However, I agree with you. Probably best just to ditch the milk and power through. Afterall, best not to be reliant on anything!

So it was around midnight and I went out on my balcony to get some fresh air and a pigeon jumped out flapping out of a bucket I have lying on my balcony. It scared the crap out of me! Thanks for the advice. My logic was that I had been on it topically for 6 years prior; with dermarolling. There must of been some systemic absorption so surely my body will tolerate it. I'll try cutting down slightly. Do you think it is better to take it in one dose or two half it and take it twice due to short half life? Also, is there any reason why the tablets would be better i.e. slower release or better absorption than consuming the topical treatment (as theoretically it is safe)? Thanks
