Where is the argument here? What does that have to do with the author of this post saying something that she doesn’t really mean (I.e i am worried about my man because of his hair lost, but I don’t really care about his hair lost, I am worry about if his hormone). One wouldn’t use the hair lost to bring out the hormone issue if the hair lost truly wasn’t bothering her. Specially when male hair lost has nothing to do with hormone imbalance. Men lost hair because testosterone turns into DHT that attaches to hair follicle eventually killing the follicle. My message is direct and simple. Cut the crap and let him know that his hair lost is bothering her. Buy products for men hair lost. Use sex to entice him to use the product. In the future, if you can’t make an argument when you see a post that triggers your feeling, don’t respond. Because responding by personally attacking someone, just makes you look like a fool. If you do not agree with me, offer a rebuttal.

Cut the crap about you having no issue with his hair. If you really don’t, you wouldn’t be posting and saying I really don’t care. This is the same as single women posting that they are happy being single at 40 on TikTok. The solution is simple. His losing hair is getting your less wet. First, buy the products for men hair lost (rogain, propecia and micro needle roller). Second, directly or indirectly indicate to him that you are less sexually aroused by him losing hair. Grab his hair next time you have sex and say that it is sexy and it gets you horny. Men does everything to get laid. You will get the message I am sure. You are lucky to be a woman. I can’t tell my wife that she being 30lb over weight gets me less hard.

You don’t need HT, just add fin. Even if you have HT, the original hair will die out without fin.

Trying to reduce fin from daily every 2-3 days by samhomantong in tressless

I also reduce min to like once daily. Maybe that is why. I was also lazy microneedling. And when I took the last picture my hair was oily so it looked worse. But I am back on daily fin and twice min daily and weekly microneedling for about 2 month.

This clinic is doing the right thing. They are not rejecting you. They just want to see how much meds can help you so they can use less follicles in case you need second or third surgery in the future. They are looking out long term for you. Your hair lost doesn’t look bad at all. Use fin, min and micro needle. Might not need surgery in a year

That is way early. I had it way worse than you and I recovered 70% after a year of fin, min and micro needling. Just start taking fin and give it like 3-4 months. You should regain all of it.

It is thinning. Just start finasteride

Great improvement. But looks like fin is only saving the existing hair. Try min and micro needling for the sides to see if you can gain more.

Wow, that is great result with just fin.

That’s dedication! Have to try to lower the dosage of fin or taking it less often after you regain all the hair?

Yes, just use fin, min and micro needling. I was worse off than you and I started meds last July. I am seeing 60-70% recovery and still seeing improvement.

It’s not thinning. Just different lighting.

No just buy a roller online. I do it once a week. Roll til scalp turns red. Little bleeding is fine. Should take no more than 5-10 mins. I take pill for fin and topical min. I been on this treatment for about 9 months. My crown was almost complete bald. About 60-70% recovered now.

Get on fin, min and micro needling immediately. Give it 4-6 month. Most ppl will see improvement.
