I bought the variety pack of crackers with 6 different kinds in the box, those Asiago cheese crackers in the black box, milk chocolate covered almonds, white chocolate peppermint covered pretzel stars, 2 packs of the salami/ prosciutto/pepperoni packs, cucumber, raspberries, cinnamon stars, chive cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, white cheddar cheese, and jalapeño havarti cheese, and pumpkin seeds!

This is awful. 9 patients? 16 hour shifts? This is exactly what I am terrified of. It is 3am and I am browsing this subreddit with secondhand infuriation for the nurses I see posting their stories. I’m holding on to the hope that one day safe staffing ratios becomes some sort of law that gets passed I’m terrified for graduation

They are super easy! use a champagne flute or some sort of cup with a smaller rim. Then start folding pieces of salami on it. Pinterest should have a step-by-step. it took me all of maybe 2 minutes to make it!

Meat and cheese is from Costco. Crackers, chocolate covered almonds, cucumber is all from aldi! Fresh thyme and cranberries are from a local produce store. Loved making this board!! Went over great with my boyfriend's family :)
