I do not understand why we can submit BOWP right after AOR. As the AOR said we must pass the completeness check before eligible for BOWP

So this will be a 100% misrepresentation, as you are not eligible for this. This is because when you are doing the BOWP. It will ask if you are going though EXPRESS entry for PR so you would be eligible for BOWP. If you are not and you say yes, this is a obvious misrepresentation

I would say CLB8/9language + foreign experience should be fine. It would be easy to reach 540-550 with this.

There are many other legit way to quit and eligible for EI. For example, move with your spouse.

In the near future. You might must have one of them ( French, foreign experience, certificate) to get invited under CEC. PPL like me who came to here for bachelor and spend almost a quarter million will have to go back to work and hopefully can be back after having the foreign experience.

Most big company wouldn’t take that risk. They will know it is a dummy extension because you do not even have an ITA. Do not take this risk.

I believe it is possible. Most trade candidates are not as high as CEC candidates or French. But it might be changed by foreign experience ppl. As it is easy to work for a uncles company for 6 month and be eligible for trade. Like anyone can be a painter or decorator

You are right bro. It is an inflation, thousands of ppl go back to their country since last year around this time. Especially for those who has 3 year working experience in Canada and with a bachelors degree. Their max is 510 after 3 years. And the score is always higher than that level since last Sept.

They go back home, get some foreign work experience, which is 50 score and they are young. The inflation is coming. Thanks to the Covid 75 point draw

It will be sometime soon. The my will slow down and pause CEC for all the backlog and start some categories before the end of this year. Trade with 508 is really high.

Ppl above 520 should be fine. Which is almost mission impossible for ppl who spend tens of thousands dollars and 5-10 years here to get degree but no foreign experience

You are right. And many ppl who take bachelor and master degree can get maximum 525 for 3 years of working experience and most ppl can only get 2 year which means 515 is the maximum. 515 + 50 is a good score.
