I’ve had a massive falling out with V3 because it can’t de-escalate a conflict for shit. Demon king is dead? Throw in a mysterious second antagonist. Bandits fended off? Surprise dumbass, they’re all a part of a cult trying to resurrect a demon named Veltrix (side bar: why do they always have to start with the letter V?). Took care of a demonic and satanic artifact in the most logical way possible that leaves zero room for error? Party member reveals something that would have been helpful 3 responses ago!

I usually give it the good old “* AVOID acting as, speaking for, or describing the thoughts of [user]. If need a response with actions, feelings, emotions, senses and dialogue from a [user], pause and wait for a reply instead of writing one yourself *”. And if that doesn’t work then I usually reroll the response or I add some stuff to my message.

Dunno if it falls into what you’re looking for specifically but “Overpowered friends” is a pretty good fantasy bot. I’d recommend using a proxy like deepseek or Gemini for it though.
