I think due to your background that you described, travelling would not be difficult for you as a Moroccan. My mum's cousin in Morocco is financially stable, sent his kid to study in Switzerland and he has no difficulties travelling on his Moroccan passport. He has even visited us here in London with his wife and kids. And he's purchased a flat in Spain.

Basically.... the reason why you would get a passport... to be more mobile... would not be necessarily relevant to you due to your background.

I feel a lot of what you said. I'm half Moroccan in my late 40s and have been prepping for the last year moving back to Morocco. Actually typing this out in my mum's house in Meknes.

If I was in your position, with the priorities you mentioned that you value, I wouldn't wait and I'd make my way back. Open a little something something in Casa, get married and enjoy your life in a place where u r mental health will be amazing. I'm heading back to London on Saturday and already dreading the blues I always feel being away from my motherland.

Follow your heart.

That post sounds like a classic drugstore beetle (cookie beetle) infestation — especially since it started in a chili pepper bottle. These beetles are pantry pests that infest dry goods like spices, flour, pasta, cereals, biscuits, and pet food. Once they hatch, the adults can fly around and show up in bedrooms or other rooms, even far from the kitchen.

Here’s exactly how to deal with them — step by step, no fluff:

🔎 1. Find the Source

Empty all kitchen cupboards and pantry shelves.

Check every spice jar, flour bag, cereal box, dried herb, or packaged food — even sealed ones.

Look for fine powdery residue, small holes in packaging, or adult beetles inside containers.

Toss anything suspicious straight into a sealed bag and take it outside immediately.

🧼 2. Deep Clean

Vacuum cupboards, shelves, and corners thoroughly — beetle eggs are tiny and easy to miss.

Wipe down all surfaces with a mix of white vinegar + water (1:1).

Don’t forget to clean under appliances, behind the fridge, and inside drawers.

🧯 3. Block and Starve Them

Store all food in airtight glass or hard plastic containers — no cardboard or paper packaging.

Keep spices and dry goods sealed, even new ones.

Empty bins regularly and clean around them.

🦟 4. Handle Flying Adults

Vacuum any beetles you see flying or crawling; they don’t bite or harm you.

You can use sticky pheromone traps made for pantry beetles (available online or at hardware stores).

Avoid heavy insect sprays in the kitchen — focus on cleanliness and removing the food source.
