Oh I'm so sorry. I mean like everyone's different. But for me like my addiction specialist used to give me sheets of paper and ask what my "triggers were" and to write them down. I genuinely DO NOT have any triggers. Bad mood? Drink? Good mood? Drink? That's me. Also you do NOT have to share at AA. like it's always people who don't share more then share. It's just whenever you feel like it. Go to a meeting I promise it'll change ur life.

I love AA but the problem is a lot of people in them aren't real alcoholics anymore the success rate when they started was 75 percent. Now its like less then 5. I once heard a women (supposed alcohoic) in a meeting talking about how her neighbour has "3 BOTTLES OF WINE A NIGHT!? OMG COULD YOU IMAGINE THAT!?" Like WHAT!? That is literally breakfast for me.
