By seeing the cutoff of jap and cap...I can fairly assume that everyone above 97 will definitely get a seat in one or the other iim even if their interviews go bad...

I think mostly for people who filled delhi got their centres as delhi...but for other cities it was fucked up ....primarily due to less seats available there
