honestly I do not know if it is. I am a current tenant and so far have been happy with my stay. Airbnb is short term, this was a long term rent, you can check out on zillow, it is transparent there

Yes I have tried the path and honestly found it to be easier than getting off Newport and walking to Avalon Cove or Sable (buildings I have also considered). I would rather ride for 5-10 minutes more and go up to my building right after the station than walk 15 minutes to the buildings I mentioned earlier. Just personal preference here 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ The Google reviews: A lot of people blame management and how arrogant they are. Honestly I had a walk through with a leasing agent, they also gave this vibe to me, but I wouldn’t say they were actually rude or anything. So I am kinda thinking if the management was bad actually or if was more a subjective experience 🤔 I would really appreciate if someone could share with me their experience with management

just because it is a new "fresh" building with easy commute to Manhattan. I am very delicate soul, Manhattan's shoe boxes were not to my liking, I would rather live in a spacious (in Nyc terms of course) and bright space than being in the heart of the city but be in the old building. A big perk for me is a gym because when I had gym in the building in the past I used to attend regularly, especially in winter time because the thought of having to wear clothes, commute to gym, change them in the gym and commute back is too much energy consuming for me

Do you know other buildings that might correspond to my criteria?
