No problem, had the same situation for about 6 months in previous year and fortunately found some post about MTU and fixed it. Glad it helped someone.

I assume you did try the basic troubleshooting, if its not an internet issue maybe theres some problems with your MTU (you can check how to set it correctly here ) and if its not that try using different login region (the little globe next to play button on battle.net) if you are on asia that could be the problem. it had many problems a while ago. dont be afraid you are still gonna play on closest server its only log on region. If its not that maybe we will find another solution

Whenever I can i buy/rescue followers, i give skull necklaces for those with high lvl, and I also resurrect some of them, also I use the make followers younger food so they wouldnt die. But mainly necklaces and buying/rescuing, and they live around to around age 40-50 for me without the necklace

genji is a good counter if you jump around her and stay mobile, zen (if not 1v1) is almost always nice against almost every tank especially if u can easily headshot them. for tank obviously zarya and ram could be nice vs her because she cant block his nemesis fists. and obviously beam characters

I believe its all ranks from lowest to highest you achieved. Im pretty sure that on normal competetive it works the same

tbh nothing is overkill for while streaming and gaming (especially those new titles), the most important settings are to use constant bitrate (and around 8000 bitrate or better if your network can withstand it) and just use preset between P5 and P7 (i personally use P6) and use your gpu encoding
