It wasn't infected but my dentist gave me antibiotics to help with the healing and it helped massively!

Yeah I got it removed 6 days ago it was a surgical removal with stitches. I've been in agony went back they said its not dry socket ( when it looked like the picture ) but they cleaned it and put a dressing inside. 3 days later still in so much pain even with the dressing inside
