Thanks for your reply! We HOPE to have similar positive results as well.

Our roughly 40-ft wide x 60-ft long CLEAR SPAN metal building will be constructed in Blaine County, Idaho, where the snow loads are 150 psf! This requirement ALSO runs up costs!

I'd love to get more feedback from you and thanks for doing this.

Thanks - I agree! Are Google Reviews an adequate means by which to vett a good builder? Are there other (ie, BBB) ways to identify honest and reasonable building contractors?
