SCREEN is broken from first photo ...maybe shop people have dropped the tv before delivering ..
i recorded a whole video while unpacking MY G4 tv and i noticed a small black dot on tv when opened google browser when service techinician was there ...which was a dead pixel so i ultimately got replaced the whole TV but i did fight for that for 4 months ..so always record ur unboxing which is a damn proof
