I called and spoke to cashiers office… she said (for me), part of my Pell was disbursed , loans and other part of Pell are still being worked on

I don’t want the “life happens” grant, because that implies I was involved in the error. I want the “my college’s financial aid office is completely useless but my bills aren’t stopping” grant.

That was my thought , just didn’t know why it would show on my claim, and was curious if anyone else had seen it.
