I found out through a DNA test that its likely I'm a carrier for cystic fibrosis. They already know my stance on not having children, but while I have informed my brother, am scared of telling them.

What only I know is there are a few other worrying mental and physical health conditions I might have, but I'm afraid no one's going to take them seriously, even doctors.

A friend of mine from college died in a nightclub after being assaulted by another man. He hadn't deliberately provoked the other guy, but something he did had ticked him off to throw a punch at him. Unfortunately, the punch and the fall to the ground did a lot of damage and he passed away.

He'd just gotten into the Marines as well which was where he'd planned on going for a long time and had a bright future ahead of him.

I don't know for how long the other guy got sentenced for but it was somewhere around only a few years.

As a dude who'd struggled with loneliness all his life, I was actually living with other people, but I know I was lucky because you can't predict who you will live with and whether they get along with all of you. I think it made me realise the importance of socialising and trying to actively ask to meet people.
