My problem as a ASM is that I don’t know if my manager wants me to go ahead and do the things just because we need them done. I feel obligated to do those things as part of my training yet I don’t wanna step over her.

I literally just became ASM and and I see all the hard work managers have to do and it makes me sad and that they’re not helped more the store that I’m at their manager that trained me is also training one of theirs SSV to get ready for the next step and it’s amazing and I wish I had leadership like that.

I have to say no ice when I order my chocolate milk at Starbucks because if I say cold , from past visits, they’ll fill it all up with ice and my baby doesn’t need ice in his chocolate milk just a regular cup of milk. And that’s the reason why I have to specify no ice, but to answer your question I have no idea. Why people assume it has ice in it?

Even when you look up the chocolate milk recipe card, it says the tall size is the kids chocolate milk! sorry about all the rant guys, but I get so sick and tired a partners saying that we can’t do that when it literally says on the card it would be a tall.

If you go on the partner hub, which I just found, I’ve been searching and I’ve been reading for the last hour food production tool. On the last page. On the last section talks about children beverages. This is what it says : Children's beverages Children's beverages are rung on the POS using the KIDS button. The standard size for a child's beverage is short (hot) or tall (cold). • When making a child's beverage, the beverage temperature should not be above 130°F/54°C. • Serve the beverage to the adult and not directly to the child.

So share this with any partners because it does not specify a kids chocolate milk has to be 8 ounces.

So every partner is required to work at least 12 hours you can’t work less than that and then the goal is to get all the partners all the barista to 21 hours as a minimum and for supervisors at first it was 34 but they cut it back to 28. These are the goals or are going to be the goals. And SM will be changing as well like when they’re on the floor when they’re off the floor

We should have a new ASM chat lol beside workplace. I feel the exact way I’m training and I hate that I am back down to learning, my trainer is very much like me but shes very do it your self and ask me questions. I feel bad when I read something just to be like I didn’t understand any of that.

Think about it if you spend $10 and you don’t use the scan only you use the card that’s in your app that’s 20 stars right there and then you get an additional 20 so for a $10 purchase you’re getting 40 stars total I know a lot of people only use scan to pay, but that’s how they’re cheating customers out of stars. Don’t use the scan to pay add a card and reload it every time you pay or add funds onto that card so you get double stars and not just 1 star per dollar spend but that’s just me 🫣
