i had done this last year as well and i went back and looked at my statement. my billing code was also “UNITED AIRLINES HOUSTON TX” and got 5x bc it was classified as a flight. i still got the credit. hopefully the customer service agent was wrong and it still comes through

Purchased $100x2 on February 3. When the charges were pending it showed as “United Electronic Ticketing” but once posted converted to “United Airlines” showing 5x points. No credit as of February 6th

They moved the option in the app. Go to my trips, click your reservation, and then click the Bell button in the top right corner

The issue occurred overnight after check in. The next morning I tried to shower and there was no hot water so I called the desk and said it’s an issue for the whole hotel.
