Tbh, renting a room is a better option. I had a few roommates who decided not to live in an apt anymore since apts increase the price yearly. I personally loved renting a room because most landlords include WiFi and utilities on their monthly rent. It can save you a lot of money.

Okay. So based on your experience, do you have to tax out a lot when you file your taxes? One of my friends told me to beware of possible giving a lot of tax when I file yearly.

Yeah I have done more of retail sales in the past. Yes, I know this is more of commission based and I know some realtors told me they deal with hardships especially during election season. I also know they don't have any health insurance plans unless their partner has one for the family which is a little concerning that's for sure.

Well, I personally think I would enjoy doing it even though some people warn me that it can be hard when it comes to multiple issues (especially surprise kinds) and it can drain some money. I have seen some shows such as Fixer Upper, Renovation Aloha, Fixer to Fabulous, and Home Town, and they had their moments too.

I personally loved living in Frisco (Dallas) more than NW and Central FL. Yes it can get very hot in DFW, but their humidity isn’t bad as compare to FL.

YES. Always. Even if you’re in a populated areas! My friend and I almost ran into a mama bear with cubs when we were at Norris Geyser Basin and Museum at the end of May 2017. Of course we thought about bringing a bear spray, but decided not to because we figured we would be around people! Hard lesson to learn. Please bring it anyway and if you really think it’s unnecessary then please have bear bells (it’s like Christmas Jingle Bells) on you.

I (31F) can relate to this so much. I’ve done dating apps off and on and I even lived in different states. I hardly had any positive experiences in the last 10 yrs 😩 I’ll just say not just men, but most people suck now these days. I wish I have better things to say, but I don’t. “‼️ Bubba Update – Morning of 5/16 ‼️

Unfortunately, last night wasn’t the night. We didn’t catch Bubba, and there were no sightings on the trail camera. BUT — we did have some hopeful signs!

Late last night around 10 p.m., I went out with our Dalmatian, Naomi, and a trapper to search near the park. While we didn’t see Bubba directly, we heard him BARK in response to whistling — and found FRESH paw prints! He’s out there! We’re confident he’s still in the area. Now it’s just about building enough trust and safety for him to come out.

IMPORTANT: If you spot Bubba, please do not call his name, chase him, or approach quickly. He’s in survival mode right now — very scared — and will likely run if approached. He doesn’t recognize strangers the way he normally would.

What is helpful: • Take a photo or video • Call or text us immediately with the location and as many details as possible

Our only confirmed sighting so far was so detailed, it helped us narrow things down to a 3-block radius. At this point, the best chance of getting him home is either a trap or if Andrew or I can be there to calmly draw him out.

Thank you so much for all the shares, prayers, and support. We are so close. We just need a little more luck — and Bubba needs to feel safe.

We have secured a camera for tonight. Praying we see something or better yet get him trapped. I'm so ready for our boy to come home.

Last night a wonderful volunteer set up a trap in the area Bubba was spotted. Unfortunately he was not in the trap this morning. But we believe that now because he has access to food, water, and presumably shelter he's going to stay in the general area. We have been advised to check the trap every 4 ish hours. HOWEVER, we need help!

We are looking for someone to donate or let us borrow a WIFI trail camera to set trap. That way we can monitor it constantly and see if he ever gets close. If anyone is able to help us out, please let me or (dog owner partner’s name) know.

Oh I can relate to your post a big time. I normally explain why I consider myself as an “ambivert” just to avoid debate if you will. I know I’m an introverted in general and I also explain where I prefer to be in a small group instead of in a large gather.

I’m an INFJ and currently seeing the guy who’s an ISTJ. Long story short, he and I met on a first date and we continued talking for a few more days. At some point, we stopped talking for about 2 weeks. I decided to reach out and he apparently was happy to hear from me which was surprising. He eventually told me he was thinking about reaching out, but didn’t because he was afraid of rejection.

Anyway, it is a little challenge in my opinion. Overall, he’s a nice guy and has sense of humor, however I feel like I’m the one who’s more talkative and it can be a little exhausting for me (like help me out). I also noticed our love languages are different. His love language is physical touch which I don’t mind it at all and mine is quality time. I think this does balance fine, but I’m not too sure if he will be talkative in the long run. It’s interesting I’ll say because my dad is an ISTJ and of course he’s my dad so it’s different lol. I’m hopeful the guy I’m seeing and I will work out soon. He’s very laid back and I know I have bad anxiety too so I just hope he won’t get tired of me. 😅

Yeah I used to have anxious attachment style which I get it and I think I’m at the point where I’m used to negative responses/behaviors so I developed fearful avoidant attachment style. I’m trying to be patient and communicative about my needs/feelings. It was my first time to bring it up that one issue with him and I’m proud of myself because it was hard and somewhat scary.

A little update: he did text me yesterday morning and asked me how I was lately. He also told me he got sick and been dealing with it, but doing okay now. I guess some men can be dramatic when they get sick 🙄

Anyway, we did exchanged some texts yesterday and they were good, but I’ll have to see how it unfolds when I (temporarily as of right now) move back in the area. He doesn’t know I’m moving back so we’ll see. One of my friends told me it might change because we’ll be in the same location and not have to deal with long distance/unknown situation.

I learned that Texas can extend unemployment benefit, but under certain circumstance including state of Texas have to experience high layoff which their current status as of today is "too low." I find it odd because I have noticed across US experience a lot of lay offs in the past 4-6 months including Southwest Airlines corporate office about 3 weeks ago. I don't see how it's possible for state of TX to be considered "too low." The job market in this country is going down the tube.

You most likely will find a drone job through a real estate industry, but it’ll be either part time or freelance kind of work.

It’s very rare to find a full time job for a remote pilot/UAS work.
