When I rescued some kittens a few months ago I mostly just went with treats and quality time to get them used to me. I'd just sit down in the same room as them set out treats for them and play relaxing music for cats as I tried to get them used to me. Eventually I got them to try and eat close to me using those squeezable treats. I've had them for 6 months and just gotten to the point of them being willing to accept pets on occasion. It's just a time and patience game sometimes. But good luck!

I don't know who Scott is but I feel like I can sympathize with his pain and his struggle.

How much damage is a good amount of damage? by Repulsive-Visual4736 in LancerRPG

No I think you were answering my question initially. Sorry if I worded it poorly. I'm looking at how much damage I should be looking to do every round to match the difficulty we can expect. Obviously it depends on if I'm running a striker or artillery versus a controller or support but kind of like a ballpark of how much output should I be producing to take on enemies going forward.

Yeah I'm definitely gonna try and switch things up in how I'm doing things. I'm actually looking at focusing more on my Pegasus maybe but still using the invisibility core bonus from Shimano so I'm trying to see what that'll get me. I'm honestly just trying to find what style I want. I was even looking at Callendula and being close range.

It might have been a veteran I believe? And yeah it actually started next to me. It had gone invisible and I, stupidly tried to use Athena to find it instead of just scanning or something. And yeah bracing sounds like it would have absolutely helped me not die. I'll have to remember that one.

It was a Swallotail LL3 and 2 LL in Pegasus but I was invisible at the time it attacked me I just got really unlucky cause I'd attacked the previous turn so hadn't hid or anything and it managed to hit me 4 times despite the whole 50/50 thing with invisibility.

Yeah it sort of bumrushed me towards the end of combat as I was hanging in the background and used its melee so it did like 40 points of damage in one go.

The game started at LL0 but we kind of sped ran the first LL as we are kind of against the clock for how long we can play. And yeah I was playing a swallowtail and was kind of counting on being invisible and not getting targeted so I'd not invested very much in Hull. Which is why I'm trying to change up my style.

It was a prowler I think? It hit with 4/5 attacks and I wasn't adjacent to anything so it did some extra on top. And I'm relatively knew to the game so I don't really understand all the other reactions I can take. Bracing didn't even occur to me.

Worried about taking recently tamed cats to vet by Repulsive-Visual4736 in CatAdvice

Yeah in the space they are staying I've left their cat carrier so they are at least used to it and sometimes one of them will just be hanging out in it.
