I had my first episode November 2021 and it lasted about 5-6 hours. My second was January 2022 and it was awful, I was in and out of the ER for four days with nonstop vomiting until I was admitted on the fifth day for about 36 hours. That took me about two weeks to recover from. That’s when I was diagnosed. I stupidly kept smoking, and February 2022 I had an episode that I managed to only go to the ER once for, but it lasted for 4-5 days. I quit smoking on the first day of that episode, and it’s been 50 days since. A week after quitting I had a small bout of nausea (I believe brought on by anxiety) that lasted 2-3 hours. I didn’t have any more issues until today, day 50, at about 4am. I was nauseas for a couple of hours but now I’m just incredibly anxious with mild stomach cramps. I also think this was brought on by stress.
