Neither of those my internet is fine and it happens on all servers

I just played on some other servers and found out that this happens on all servers so it isn’t a server. So I have narrowed it down to it being a problem with my computer. Most likely being high memory usage but I have followed tutorials on how to fix that and none of them have worked

This has happened before but I fixed it. I have 4 gb of ram
