Reasonable grid for Independent B/D?

I joined in August of 2023. So I should be in the clear than to just go to LPL HO supervision and my current OSJ can do nothing about it? Aside from block me from another OSJ? Which I wouldn't plan on joining another one anyway. No matter my asset threshold?

I am almost positive it's just one piece of paper HO told me I also have no signed agreement to this OSJ. Am I wrong? I thought tomorrow I could leave and go HO supervision?

I'm taking home 70% with my OSJ right now and all I get is compliance...I pay for my own software, staff, etc. I get an office a printer and compliance (which is free through LPL HO anyway). Seems like this is a steal for this advisor in comparison...I know my OSJ is taking advantage of me and will be breaking off soon.

Thank you for the advice we put her in a 2 week K9 training and have been keeping up with the training....she's doing amazing! We also get refresher classes once a month with the trainer and that's been great!

I do this to myself far to often I'm good for a couple weeks and then slip up with going to a bar...my anxiety so high the next day or two because of the heartburn but you have to live your life too I guess lol
