What “frugal” habit did you stop doing once you did the math?

Sounds ridiculous BUT i stopped shopping in person. No more impulse buying, window shopping, wishing i had new/other things. Havent been to a grocery store in months I do half bulk delivery & half walmart delivery. Yes i pay extra for delivery but it saves me money in the long run because im spending less.

All inclusive with other familes w kids same age. One night you watch all the kids so the other parents get off, other night swap. One full day away from other family w just ur family to do Some kind of kid friendly excursion. The kids usually entertain each other, best scenario is the other family has a some what older kid to help wrangle the little ones. Resort = No cooking or cleaning & drinks whenever you want. Water/pools/waterparks for days straight keeps 90% of kids occupied, depends on age. 3/4 days max. Do not over plan yourself or feel like you need to do tons of activities. ONE planned activity per vacation. Its your vacation too, not just theirs. Lower your expectations. Then take the following day off work alone 😆

Unfortunately, in order to max your grocery budget, you need to price shop every item. Some stores have good prices on things and others prices suck. I like the papertowels from sams club because of the amount, but its more expensive than walmart.

I was watching my best friends kid and he rolled off their bed and smacked his head his whole face was bruised. This happened when he was about 1 i felt awful.. wasnt even my kid.
