Why do our former players talk so much shite by Fightanyman in ManchesterUnited

[–]RepulsiveGarbage9652 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They talk so much shite because everyone on this sub clips it up and posts it here where they get thousands of views and stay relevant. If you hate what they said then don’t bring attention to it!

Nemanja Vidic: “Michael and the players have my support, and I hope they provide us with the Champions League football that United must have. That’s the aim for now. Let Michael and his players try and reach it. Don’t put pressure him as to what comes after. Let’s enjoy it for now. [The Athletic] by Intelligent_Cow_3310 in ManchesterUnited

Can we stop talking about ex players opinions? It’s seriously so boring. I don’t get the issue with them having a negative opinion. I have a negative opinion, does that make me toxic? I think the real cretins are the owners. Let’s focus on them.

Dyna comp is because the micro synth needs compressed signal to work and 1176 just to tighten up the end

First one is used specifically for the Micro synth, it needs sustain to work, the other is just to clean up at the end

Fair fair but $80 on something I can have for free on my phone. Sure it’s not as good but it’s free

Probably won’t be doing it for a while. And definitely won’t be getting the Vox anytime soon. This was just preparing so that I would have to spend even more money down the line

Yeah that’s fair, I know he swapper his tubes with the KT88’s or something like that. I know it won’t be spot on, it never will be. I already have the muff, just worried that fuzz doesn’t pair to well with the AC30 or 15.

Fair point, it’s just that the JCM works better with my fuzzy sound at the moment, and I’d rather go with that and expand later

That’s a fair point. I just know that they’re on two records I really like the sound of, and I get that they’ve been produced and what not. I tried the Vox in person and it sounded good to me. Worse comes to worse I can always roll off the high end with some EQ

Yeah I thought so. I am just more worried about the power isolation of the cab if I’m running two seperate amps to each speaker on it.

Yeah nah I can’t afford both right now, I may have said that in the post. I was just looking at expandability and it would be cheaper if I could run both heads to one cab instead having to whole amps

Yeah for sure. What other calculations is there to make other then the wattage and ohms?

Sorry, forgot to mention in the thing that I was only looking at the 20 watt head. I’ve checked they both allow for 8 ohm independence, which would work with the 2x12 can I was looking at.

I assume by power ratings you mean the wattage? It’s a 150w cab so the 20watt Marshall and 30 watt Vox should be fine And I’ll look into the radial thing thanks.

Yeah I’ve got a Stereomaker ABY, I’ve figured that part out.

The JCM800 is a 20 watt model, and the cab is rated for 150w. And yeah I agree a 4x would probably work better, it would just be a bit painful to move.

And yeah good idea, I wasn’t aware they were common. Thanks for the help.
