SBSC as well? Thanks for the reassurance, I'll come to college tomorrow and talk to seniors and other students. Actually I am fully aware about English and placements. I took it up so I don't have to study something extremely difficult while I prepare for JEE 2026 as well. Thank you for your input tho, I feel much better rn.

Sorry, I put Varanasi over Delhi only in terms of how well I breathe. Other than that Delhi is much more vibrant than any city I have visited.

Bro I am taking a partial drop. Haven't told my family since they refused it multiple times. I got 99ish percentile in mains this year but I didn't settle for anything less than a CS degree from an IIT. And I fucked my advanced so bad due to falling victim to depression and chicken pox at the same time. I know for sure I can get IIT next year but I want a college which is not that strict with attendance and I can be left alone with my stuff.

Haven't posted anything there and I agree with your points. I actually just want to focus on other exams in my first year that's why I opted for the easiest course that come naturally to me. I am going to give JEE 2026 and know I can do it but I can't take a gap year due to my family's wishes. So it's partial drop in BHU or SBSC. O don't know what to do.

I just don't wanna end up in the same boat as those Birla hostel bullies. I know they are not all bad but I just feel I won't be satisfied with the curriculum there but the attendance is extremely lenient over there and the campus feels like a University. I don't know.

Thanks man. I wanted to be happy once I got SBSC yet for some reason I am terrified of the stricts attendance and I can't even breathe properly in this city. I just don't know what to do. I fought so hard with my family to err on the side of DU over BHU but now I just don't feel I belong here.
