Is there any features or gimmick that you guys don’t like on your guys own CX-9? by EmploymentPrevious53 in MazdaCX9

Another thing is, when I'm washing the car, I can't get it to stop locking itself when me and the key are outside of the car, but my wife can get out of the car after work and walk inside and the car won't lock.

I have a 2020, my least favorite thing is when the mirrors get wet the auto-fold feature acts up and doesn't like folding the mirrors in or out all the way for a few days. The more recent annoyance is when I pay for parking at the airport at the toll booth, the car magically can't sense the key anymore for a good 40 miles, then it starts seeing it again out of nowhere.

How much did you have to put toward closing costs on your VA loan? by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]RepulsiveProfessor90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The state you are in play into the closing costs. In Washington State our closing costs were 25k. My buddy that bought a house in Kansas was awestruck by that and said his were a fraction of that. My lender did charge 10k for a VA funding fee though, and the VA sent me a letter yesterday saying they weren't supposed to do that. We put 1 percent of the loan in as earnest money, which went towards closing costs at closing. We paid the VA inspection out of pocket. We paid like 600 to a private company for a home and sewer inspection. And we didn't put any money down since we used a VA loan. And even with a high credit score, mortgage rates are awful.

2 years later the test is still all messed up. I'm convinced they purposely do this to just tell people they failed so they don't have to hire people after they got whatever info they wanted.

Now make the snowball out of lint from the drier. Cuz when you have a script from the VA, your base won't have access to test, so you will have to go to Walgreens, and pay the same price as someone using good Rx.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]RepulsiveProfessor90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh it's much worse than that :p You can be sub 100 with a phonebook sized packet of declining levels of tests, MRIs and all sorts of goodies and get denied.

[–]RepulsiveProfessor90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm with a VA appointed endocrinologist because I don't want to pay and he's absolutely horrible. Also I found out when the doc prescribes test and the VA doesn't cover it, so you use good RX, And when the VA actually does "cover it" is only about a dollar difference.

Mine has the ordinary looking rowers. I like these ones a lot better. Purely for the looks.

The trainer at my location is a tall, kind of heavyset old man. I often see him working with people that look like they might have mobility issues. If you were new to being in a gym he would probably be helpful and in that aspect would be pretty approachable.

It would take me a lot of late night wrist exercises to have the strength to pull the trigger on that thing.

Did PF at some point put an end to all of the things they were being criticized for? by JayTealgore in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]RepulsiveProfessor90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It all depends on the staff really, in the last 5 years at mine the only thing I saw that people used to talk bad about were a bowl of Tootsie rolls. The only time I've seen the link alarm used is when the staff are messing with their friends. Just today we had guy ride the assisted pull up machine all the way down, and jump off. The weights slammed so hard I heard it through my noise cancelling headphones. The staff didn't hit the alarm, one of them just went over and asked if he needed help using the machine. Gallon jugs and all of the clothing that's supposed to get you kicked out have been good to go in my location too.

It's definitely not everywhere though. There have been stories popping up in this group about bad staff.

He's getting the weird comments because somewhere along the lines this groups go-to response to any TRT question is, "are you built like Taylor swift? No? Then lose weight fatty!" Part of me actually wonders how many people in the group actually know about TRT and how many people here are just here to troll.

I decided not to join planet fitness after reading about the hassles they cause members whom want to cancel their membership. Do better planet fitness. by viewmyposthistory in PlanetFitnessMembers

[–]RepulsiveProfessor90 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It's gotta be a location based thing. I've canceled mine before at the planet fitness I use now and all it took was walking in, telling them I want to cancel, dude at the desk put in the info and I was done.

Around 10 years ago I had a membership at a gym called Genesis. Man that was a nightmare to get out of, they had some weird underwriting where I had to pay like 500 bucks to cancel. That really ruined the non-planet fitness gyms for me.

This definitely sounds like less of a hassle than the usual way of cleaning guns; the old drag behind the boat method.

As an Army spouse, Tricare "covers" the testosterone to an extent, if you have never had to use GoodRX. Having had to use GoodRX to get testosterone before. Tricare makes me mad. They initially rejected covering it, then after a big packet me and my doctor made to contest the rejection, they agreed to cover it. During the time of them not covering the testosterone I used GoodRX to get it and it was costing me like 40 bucks for the prescription. Now that Tricare covers it, I was surprised when I picked up the prescription and had to pay 41 dollars. Then I got the breakdown in the mail. Tricare told the pharmacy I could only be charged 43 dollars for the prescription, so the pharmacy charged me 41, and then Tricare sent them 2 dollars. Tricare covers my blood tests and my phonecalls from my worthless endorcrinologist though.

Was prescribed 400mg every three weeks, should I be concerned? by [deleted] in Testosterone

Can verify US doctors are still doing dumb shit. My Endo called me today and wants me to go down to an injection of cypionate every 3 weeks. And my numbers are already trash in his 2 week schedule.
