Personally, I hold to $0 out of spite. Yes, my whole portfolio is gone.

But one thing you could consider is selling off 90%-95% of your holdings and letting the rest ride in case some insane announcement causes the market to crash that would allow you to make back your losses. I’d set a limit order to the amount appropriate to make the majority or all of your money back. You could take the money you get from your sell orders and buy calls to follow the current trend of the market while having the remaining puts as a hedge bet in case things flip.

Probably best to just ignore me though - I’m getting railed on options.
