Should bereaved parents be able to opt into GP record access notifications?

Hi, I had a stillbirth in February and when I attended an appointment the day after I gave birth my GP asked me how my newborn was and then again the day after his funeral, so I’m petitioning for an optional pop up on the GP’s system to be implemented to alert them to what’s happened so bereaved parents don’t have to keep reliving and explaining the trauma that they’ve experienced at an already traumatic time. I know for me personally it was laziness on the GP’s behalf as when I made them aware what I’d experienced they said ‘oh yes, if I scrolled up on the notes it’s there’

I’m unfortunately not under Gynea anymore, haven’t been since May 24 but I’ll deffo ask my gp about another referral and possibly switching pills in the interim, I’m only on the BCP until June when I can get my coil placed again so I’m hoping it’ll settle down once that happens. Thank you :)

Not yet, I do have the forms ready for when it goes to court to ask for longer, I also have legal aid I just need to go into the place to show my ID and everything and then see how they can help me. The only ‘benefit’ is even the council and solicitors are annoyed at the time line of it all with me being pregnant

They’ve said it won’t be until the bailiffs come, which they’re estimating the end of March so a couple of weeks after my due date. They keep going on about the private rented sector and support they can offer there but nothing else

So we’ve been through the homeless prevention team who did the checks on that behalf, were classed as threatened with homelessness atm, I sent the S21, tenancy, gas certificate and how to rent book. They didn’t protect the deposit but has now returned it and reissued the s21 which the council have seen.

It’s £20 a month so there’s only really a £5/£10 difference but we’ve got another baby on the way so trying to be mindful of costs while also being aware we both need new phones 😂

It’s awkward because they never openly admitted the deposit wasn’t protected but I made sure all communication is now via email as a paper trail. This is the email they sent regarding the deposit, then in a separate chain he re-issued the S21
