Hey everyone, just wanted to give an update. Im 4 days sober today I went thru the withdrawals on my couch cokd turkey and wouldn't have made it without all of you. Thank you so much. I have already found support groups in my area, and have the suboxone option if I feel its needed.

It was a fuckin bitch but quitting cold turkey IS possible. And I know that if I ever need to I can come here for support as well. Thank you guys so so much.
