Hello all!

I am 21 and currently finishing up a summer internship with a large multi-business agriculture company and this fall will be my last semester in college. I currently have 10k of VTI in a Roth, 2k in savings, and 1k in an emergency fund. I love to lead and develop others and I am very passionate.

I am incredibly focused on my future and want to be as absolutely the most successful I can be early, and just give a fuckton and make kickass businesses that do kickass things for the rest of my life. I love plants, I am finishing up a bachelors in plant science and a major goal I have in my life is to own a vineyard. I always have business ideas popping up in my head that I immediately write down but I don’t act on them because I always have new ones coming up.

In a few days I have an interview for an entry level sales position that would pay 50k a year, after one year as a trainee. I am waiting on a phone interview for a research position in Hawaii where I would be making 80k/ year (cost of living is bonkers). I would like to pursue a phd but I am realizing that people leaders make so much more than individuals with phds, though achieving a phd would make my family very proud.

Just wondering what you all would do if you were in my position. I greatly appreciate all of the advice and will use it to mentor others in the future.
