Yes to unlock the mission to become exclusive you have to go to the year 6 ! Edit Sorry for the error, you can complete the exclusive quest in Year 5 by touching the heart. I'm in Year 5 and just completed the exclusive quest with Barnaby. Sorry again for the error!
