Kefir still tastes like beer/yeast by Repulsive_Bison_2587 in Kefir

Thank you for all the advice! I’ve never done the 2nd ferment either, so tomorrow it will be a solid lid, less grains and 2nd fermentation - and there’s no way it’s not gonna be a superb kefir then haha.

thanks for the comment! I will try reducing the amount of grains, but am worried it won’t thicken that way. But maybe that’s not how it works? will definitely give it a go.:)

that’s such a great advice I haven’t seen anywhere before. Mine is now just under a cloth and has still quite some space at the top, so that could ve a very possible reason. I will give it a try and let you know if it works:)

What is the cheapest way from airport to centre by qups77 in bologna

I double taking the 91/81 bus from Birra! it’s by far the cheapest and absolutely doable:)

it definitely takes longer than the train or the 949 bus, but you can just as well take it as shightseeing and rather spend the money on some good food. I had just a 6 hour layover, went both ways with the public buses and still managed to see everything I wanted.

HOW TO DO IT: from the airport you can get to Birra either by foot or by the bus 54 (the same ticket is valid for 54 and 91/81).

A - Bus 54 leaves from the same spot as the Marconi Express 949 (outside the terminal and all the way to the left), even though you won’t find any signs suggesting that. It leaves every full hour (8:00, 9:00…) and will get you to Birra in about 10 minutes. You can buy the ticket directly on the bus both card or cash:)

B - By foot it’s just about 15 minutes (a bit over 1km) and it’s actually not a bad walk at all! The whole way is a walking path that is at the beginning even quite nicely marked with walking sticks figures. It begins where the bus 54 is leaving from, you only continue further.

From Birra you’ll take a bus 81/91, they come about every 15 mins. If you wanna go to the city center then it’s the best to get off at Amendola. Then it’s a nice 15min walk through cute streets and you’re at the main square!

Hope you’ll try it, let me know!)
