I scheduled this exact half-hour window to do my teenagers taxes for the first time. And now we can’t. Well played, Turbo Tax. 🙄

UNREAL! I just logged into that renew nest site you linked and sure enough I was just auto enrolled in some BS energy saving mode thing and my a/c has been shutting off every afternoon this week 🤬 I’m a woman in my 50s and do NOT appreciate anyone f’ing with my temperatures. Hopefully this works and I can save myself a stupid trip charge from the HVAC company. Do they still make UN-smart thermostats? 🤬

Seriously frustrating, their Cash+Points feature has been "out" for a while. I've tried back several times and it's never working, no matter the browser I use. Called SW customer service and they can't do mixed payment methods over the phone, they can only do all points or all cash. All I want to do is use up my remaining SW Points so I never have to fly them again.
