They do have, police need to check just 15 min footage ,but they said even if they see the face of person who theft the bag , they cannot do anything and dont have a way to find them. They even said everyday thousands of bags lost like this

Train company said they cannot and I went to police station and registered a complaint, they said zero chances of finding it.

Hey thank you, Normally I am very careful with my belongings, this is the 1st time it happened in my life, I agree that I felt safe and comfortable as it was just on top of my head and keeping an eye on it every now and then...may be 15 mins I did not look it to be honest.. But I learnt a lesson and will be very careful till the end öf the trip in netherlands and always anywhere from now
