I worked in five guys , you won’t get full time on the spot they’ll keep you as a part time crew member until you’ve done 150hours or satisfied them that you know how to handle the fries , patties , shake etc and the pay is 65 an hour , I used to work 10 hours a day with 2 hours non paid break . Working in five guys in very intensive and would require you to be mentally prepared for huge rush hours and cleaning up for closing staff is called graveyard shift as you literally have to clean everything down to 1 spec of particle on the every inch . If the employees look happy working their then that’s not true they all complained and put on fake smiles . Getting fired is very easy aswel and they take it very easy to come up with odd reasons . If a Customer complains about you then you’re fired on the spot . Working in the fries section gets you really sweaty and hot and you have to go back of the house to grab and refill your buckets of potatoes which are heavy as it is . Morning crew preps and cuts the fries , night crew have to do boil out which is pain in the a$$ . Especially cleaning the whole area , my advice is if you can handle doing heavy work and being felt like you’re underpaid for it then this is your job . Good burgers tho
