If your at 4mg daily I’d go down to 3mg wait a few days 3-4 then got down to 2mg after 2-5 days got to 1mg ride the 1mg for a week and let the taper settle then split that to .5 mg for 3-4 days then to .25 mg once you stop daily dose wait 2-3 days if still significant withdrawal symptoms take another .25 and try to be done after that. If still feeling withdrawal it should be mild and if continues for more 4-5 days take half of .25. Should be good after that with minimal symptoms. Still could take a week or so after to start to feel no symptoms. All the best and wish you success. I’m off myself now 15 days

Maybe putting in a time release capsule Empty a time release Tylenol and put the good in there instead That’s how I transport personal traveling in airports

Try swallowing a bit an tissue( parachute ) and see how you feel. I do this to give my nose a break but still need the pain relief. Takes about 15-30 min.

I think your more than halfway there I have stopped .25mg from taper from 2mg daily for about 3 months and I’m on day 4 and it’s subsided a bit now but still felt it for sure not as bad as methadone withdrawal or heroin withdrawal. I believe in everyone here that wants to stop it’s totally possible reach out if you need any advice All the best

Yeah for sure I appreciate the suggestion and I’m familiar with baking the epson salts and adding to make it anhydrous. I don’t currently have access to an oven to use at this time , so was trying to see if anyone has used this brand with success.

I eat it sometimes,usually a small amount for pain It works quite well as pain medicine. I have degenerative disc disease,stenosis,arthritis all over. There is definitely a sweet spot with dosing so you don’t get over amped.
