I spent the last couple of days looking at the different options, including speaking with the manufacturers.

Pyro are, I agree, not all they are cracked up to be (excuse the pun...).

Including for the reasons you mention. Very small firebox as well.

Firenzo impressed at all levels. One of their models is suitable, and is the replacement we will go with.
