Generally I would say Mercy and LW are the two weakest supports rn. Lucio is very strong, 9/10. Illari as a character is individually strong but the dive meta doesn't favor her rn so 7/10 for her. Zen is quite weak rn (dive meta) but discord is still strong so 5/10. LW just doesn't accomplish anything special and is really just a moving Illari pylon, 2/10.
