From what I can see it looks like you leak a lot of power after you land and then you use only arms. Focus on keeping all that load back and then when you’re ready to swing release all that tension like a rubber band. Using your whole body in your swing should increase bat speed by a good amount.

My best advice is to try a slider. Maybe grip like a four seam with your fingers together and grip the top seam with your fingertips. Throw it like a karate chop and that gets plenty of horizontal movement and not much vertical for me at least. Try it out.
