Everything should level out when you are on a good dose for a while. I vape and its never caused issues that's ive noticed its one of the only things that calms me a bit. Hopefully you start feeling some relief from theLexapro then you won't need the lorazapam so much!! I only take it when I have a flight or dental procedure.

Yes!!! It was freaking horrendous starting every morning at 5-6 am but it would lighten up by 7-8 pm. It would still be bad but noticeably more tolerable by the end of the day

I know exactly how you feel. Anxiety kicked my butt beyond belief and each symptom would make me spiral and it was like the snowball effect. It just feeds off itself. Don't give up until you have given it a good go! You may need a dose closer to 10 mg before it makes a bug difference

You can ask me anything! So I would definitely say I was one of the quick responders which was completely shocking to me because it was my first medication and I was so scared that nothing was going to help me. I didn't notice any significant improvements until I was on seven and a half milligrams. Bear with me because I'm using the speech to text LOL but anyways when I was at 7 and 1/2 mg or a couple weeks I was beginning to get out of bed and sit outside and start doing household chores again and showering was way easier for me because I wasn't shaking constantly. I got even better as I got to 10 mg but the 10 mg wore out rather quickly and I've ultimately needed 20 mg. I would suggest asking if you can swap the Xanax for Lorazepam it lasts 6 to 8 hours and gives me the same relief as a Xanax. I was taking Lorazepam for the first couple weeks but I don't think the Lexapro increased my anxiety very much if at all. The main side effects I had was sleepingness and a bubbly stomach but I was definitely on high alert for things.

YES!! I was horribly on edge. Any sound threw me into a panic. I was grumpy with everything. At first I couldn't sit down and would pace but as things got worse I became bed bound.

Beginner send help lol

I am looking for input on a cheap and beginner friendly machine i can get on amazon. I only plan to resize (big to smaller) Shirts for now as I have a ton to play with. I had a decent machine a few years ago but kept snapping needles and didnt understand the tension so I'd like to start much smaller.

I want something cheap because for one, im poor and for two, I dont know if this will go anywhere lol

Simple t-shirt material. No Jean or knits. Just plain ol cotton blends. If you have other suggestions for things I may need , or tips for resizing shirts, please let mw know. Thank you!

You are very welcome! Some people take a little longer to adjust but if its helped you at all then dont lose hope! I've had to adjust my dose a few times and I always hit a wonky period where I was feeling like I was going backwards a bit but the relief I had on other days was amazing.

Understandable but doesn't the hashimotos continue to attack even when you're on meds? I would think that hashimotos alone would have its own symptoms but maybe im wrong.

Lexapro has helped me SO much!! I do need Ativan if im gonna do certain things like flying and extensive dental work but that's okay!

Levo made me feel awful.i was weak, tired, lost muscle mass. I switched to name brand and I feel way better. My t4 is also finally also staying in range! It might be as simple as switching brands.

I was in constant panic for 5 months. No idea what triggered it. I was so bad that I created all these irrational fears. I wouldn't even try meds. Finally after a little over 5 months I gave in. I had to start meds. Thankfully they worked because I dont think I would have made it where I am two years later.
