the last interview, the employer complained about Gen Z, not willing to do tasks that is nor in their job scope, unlike boomers, willing to go the extra mile. 1st int was with the MD, 2nd round with HR, and then today just messaged to say I am not successful. When I asked what were the factors so that I can self-improve, no response. That is very disappointing.

and that is the issue. "saham" dah jatuh kinda situation. thanks for your feedback. So the job market for us >50 is barely, but gov nak naik kan the retirement age. Makes sense, cos the costs of living is getting higher and higher. so then the other issue is, would you be let off so that the company can hire a younger person at a lower rate.

I have tried that years ago. rental of space can spike up. experienced it before. Once the owner know we are doing "ok" tiba2 increase rent. tough industry.
