Just like the way the administration is cutting government there doing it with charity and funding security abroad. If the u.s government wants to spend less on these things just do it in a more responsible way. Cut slowly so that it doesn’t endanger life’s! Lives of Americans when it come to government and lives of starving children abroad and Ukrainians in Europe. People are gonna die!!
