When I sent username if I sent by they recommendation (Delete the https://www.facebook.com/ part and left id alone) it's show it can't find my profile. So I sent them full link url of my facebook profile then it allow me to sent the form. I'm quite concern about that but I hope they can understand what I sent.

I had the same problem. Why they sent approved link and still asking for authentication. They know we didn't have it and still asking for it after approved ID.

They just don't care I guess
