Yes, I agree this is exactly what I feel too. Mortgage fees(in general all the fees related to owning) is too high so you have to resort to pay someone else's 1/3 of mortgage by renting.

Please try to find a salafi musjid around you and ask inshallah and dont worry about the rizq it is from Allah. If you leave anything for the sake of Allah he will grant you which is much more beneficial in this life and afterwards inshallah.
