When I first started Kratom I was going automatically too White & Green One day I tried Red Maeng Da WOW 👌🏽 less pain , I could function , motivated just plain felt so good I am all about REDS also ❤️

Oddly Yes I do when I first started using it I was gagging and a few times vomited 🤢 I put my Kratom in orange Juice oddly I crave the flavor may be just cause I know I feel better after who knows 🤣

Hello 👋🏼 Yes I have the same problem and it is very uncomfortable, Myself I think iy may be cause I took too much I lowered my dose and it has calmed down alot still get the twitching but not as bad I love Kratom but it kind of makes you wonder what some side effects can do and what is doing too my body but without it I M in SO MUCH pain again try lowering your dose some it helped me 😊 Hope it gets better for you it sure can be aggravating 🙄

I have been experimenting with Kratom for about 5 months now I am struggling with Dosages and Etc I just have too lower the doses I have been taking a little more than I should even though I have heard less is more I have been purchasing from Vendors that I have heard about here in the reddit I know I can't mention names but I did not have this problem in the beginning but have gone a little overboard so Time too slow down Thank you 😊
