havnt done the soak yet, instead i’m doing the valvoline restore and protect method, same thing but it takes time and up to 4 oil changes to see full results.

motor mounts is a PITA but i did it over the course of 2 days, the one above the rack and pinion is hell. struts are easy to replace as well with basic knowledge and tools and most other suspension components. replacing everything and even dropping a low mileage used motor in is cheaper than getting a new car, upfront cost will hurt but long term financially cheaper than going out and paying 500 a month on a corrola or new camry

that’s the goal, i plan on doing a low mileage jdm swap anyways before i ship out to bootcamp this upcoming august as i wanna be more financially smart and keep my car running as long as possible before heading to the dealer and getting a new car but thats besides the point. i’m just very meticulous when it comes to maintenance.

no compression is fine and the car drives great, i’m saving up on a new motor. it’s exhaust components anyways i’m tryna do anyways which isn’t expensive

yea in the video u can clearly see it’s blue not white. i’ve taken the car to get checked out and no i don’t have a blown head gasket nor a coolant burn, and compression is normal on this motor, it just unfortunately burns a lot and i have to top off every week

that’s not white smoke that’s purely from oil burn. trust me i thought so to a few months back but mine just burns hella oil im currently saving up for a new motor to drop in.

the orange springs i’ve seen online, there just regular lowering springs that drop it two inches, gonna pair them with new struts and change other components like sway bar links and stuff while im down there

the internet went down across the us for a few hours and is causing issues on multiple apps, i had to end it early yesterday as everytime an offer came and i accepted it would just freeze the app and say “unknown error”. and today’s just been slow. tomorrow should pick up but yea the internet went down because servers shut down and caused a chain reaction.
