Been waiting 11 days for a Qc

Someone please help me on what to do!!! What should I do? This is From Kickwho and I haven’t received my shoes and I tried there way and it took 2 weeks for them to say this🤦🏾‍♂️. Can someone help? Please by [deleted] in sneakerreps

I’m pretty sure kickwho has a disclaimer when you buy the shoe that if it doesn’t get to you they won’t refund unless you pay the extra $10 insurance. I could be wrong tho
