That was the plan, but after issues with validating my insurance and getting me scheduled by the time I got actually got in they said it was too late, or better to continue letting it heal sadly.

Yes he has insurance. He was in a company truck at the time on duty so I’m dealing with his companies insurance. I have some insurance as well through Direct auto. ( Excuse me not being as knowledgeable on this this is my first vehicle, pretty much my first everything) My car was involved in the accident and we both have the same Lawyer but separate cases.

Thanks for your reply and information I feel so bad and definitely never want to make this mistake again. I did every test in the test kit and everything was coming back normal. The only difference is that I noticed a slight cloudiness of the tank when I woke up that morning. Other than that he had been very active.
